As political stress and end of year difficulties can rise, let us give ourselves the gift of self care. A day of renewal in a beautiful setting to focus on your own self care and to nurturing the you that nurtures others.
The day will include:
· Mindfulness and supports for practise
· Purpose nurturing
· Nature walk
· Delicious snacks and lunch provided
· Take homes for supporting well being at home and in the classroom. Connection with other like-minded educators
